A Brief History of "A Prompt Computer Service"

  • 1999: Inception & Conception
    Rick Boggs left corporate America as a Teir 3 Systems Engineer and AVP of Developer Support Group for Bank of America Dallas in Mid 1999. Together with friend and colleague Catherine Hunter, They started A Prompt Computer Service, Inc. in Grapevine, TX, so that they could provide small businesses with Enterprise level Support and Solutions.
  • 2010: MSP Model
    Changed to MSP business model, Billing our clients Monthly instead of per incident, Helped everyone Budget their IT expenses.
  • 2015: Added VOIP
    Formed our 1st VOIP partnership and deployed several systems, Including 120 phone Car dealership Network.
  • 2022: Moved to the Country
    Moved our Corporate Headquarters to just outside of Paris, TX. Gonna miss Grapevine, But Love it out here in the Country...And so does Nugget!
